economics of climate change

did anyone attend nicholas stern's presentation at berkeley yesterday re "economics of climate change"? i thought his synopsis of the 700+ page report was very informative, rooted in economics and drove home the point that we've nothing to lose by reducing co2 emissions... of course, there were those in the audience who believe the contra science and challenged sir stern for purportedly spreading false information...but the hecklers kind of missed the qualifications set forth at the outset by sir stern -- namely, his analysis was based on the weight of science and was rooted in economics.
